Our mission: To cover established and up and coming producers/DJs/musicians in Detroit’s diverse electronic music scene, interesting city developments and provide community service.

Our format: We release an 8X8, full color, perfect bound, high quality art print magazine. It comes with an LP featuring artists interviewed. It is available free on-line on our website www.detroiteq.com. This October we are going to release a 4X4 print mini DEQ free to the public (available globally) which will serve as a promotion for the magazine.

Our releases: We print two times annually, covering four quarters of the year.

Our distribution: Each print edition is for sale (MSRP $20) and is globally distributed by FIT Distribution, a company devoted to promoting Detroit’s independent artists to the world. Locally, the magazines can be found in fine record stores, book stores and boutiques around the city.

Our advertisers: We choose who advertises with us and, because of their relevance/affiliation to our music scene or good works for Detroit, we consider ads to be part of our content.
